1. Who we are
This Privacy Policy explains how Mobile Flow Ads LLC ("Mobile Flow Ads", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses and protects personal information. Mobile Flow Ads LLC is a New Mexico limited liability company.
We are a marketing agency, not a software company. We work only with owners of mobile pet grooming businesses in the United States and Canada. We set up and manage their client acquisition system: paid ads on Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google and TikTok; 24/7 responses to leads by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, Facebook Messenger and website chat; appointment booking with follow-up and reminders; and route optimization.
This policy applies to our website, https://mobileflowads.com, to our communications with you, and to the services we provide to our clients.
2. Information we collect
Information from website visitors
When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect:
- Technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the date and time of your visit.
- Your language preference (English or Spanish), which the site saves in your browser.
- Anything you type into our website chat, such as your name, contact details and questions.
Information from people who book a call
When you book a free strategy call through the calendar form on our website, we collect:
- Your name
- Your business name
- Your email address
- Your phone number
- Your business type
- The date and time you choose for the call
We also keep a record of the messages, emails and calls we exchange with you, and the notes we take during the strategy call.
Information we process for our clients
When a mobile pet grooming business hires us, we handle information about that business's leads and customers so we can respond to them, book appointments and plan routes. This can include names, phone numbers, email addresses, service addresses, messages, details about their pets and the services they request, appointment history and, where the client enables it, call recordings or transcripts.
For this information, our client is the business in control of the data (the "controller"). We act only as a service provider (or "processor") and use the information only to provide services to that client, following its instructions. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your information, please contact that business directly. We will help our client respond to your request.
3. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your questions through chat, phone, text or email.
- Schedule and hold your strategy call, and send confirmations and reminders.
- Prepare a custom proposal for your business.
- Provide our services to clients, including running ads, responding to leads, booking appointments and planning routes with Google Maps.
- Measure how well our own ads work and improve our website.
- Send you information about our services, where you have agreed to receive it or where the law allows it.
- Protect our website, our clients and our business from fraud, abuse and security risks.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
We use AI tools to help draft and send first responses to messages. Our team configures and supervises these tools.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information. We share it only as described below:
- Service providers. CRM, messaging, scheduling and hosting providers, including the AI features built into those tools, that help us run our website and deliver our services. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
- Advertising platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok). When tracking pixels are active, these platforms receive information about visits to our thank-you page so we can measure and improve our ads. See section 6.
- Google Maps. We use Google Maps to plan routes for our clients, which involves service addresses.
- Our clients. Information about a client's leads and customers is shared with that client, because it belongs to them.
- Legal reasons. When required by law, court order or government request, or to protect the rights, property or safety of our company, our clients or others.
- Business transfers. If our company is merged, sold or reorganized, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to this policy.
- With your consent. In any other case where you ask us to or agree to it.
5. Text messaging (SMS)
If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your inquiry, your strategy call (confirmations, reminders and follow-up) and our services. Agreeing to receive text messages is not a condition of any purchase.
- Message frequency varies.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop messages: reply STOP at any time. We will send one final message to confirm you are unsubscribed, and you will not receive more texts from us unless you opt in again.
- For help: reply HELP, email us at mobileflowads@gmail.com or call (346) 523-1724.
- Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
This section applies in addition to section 4, "How we share information".
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
When we send text messages on behalf of a client, those messages are sent in the client's name, to people who gave that client their consent. Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving them.
6. Cookies, local storage and tracking pixels
Language preference. Our website saves your language choice (English or Spanish) in your browser's local storage so the site remembers it on your next visit. It does not identify you personally.
Chat and booking tools. Our website chat and booking calendar are provided by service providers and may use cookies or similar technologies to work properly, for example to keep a chat conversation open.
Tracking pixels. When enabled, the Google Ads tag, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel load on the thank-you page you see after booking a call. They tell these platforms that a booking happened, so we can measure our ads and show them to people who are more likely to be interested. These platforms may connect this information with your account on their services, under their own privacy policies.
How to opt out:
- Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Some parts of the site may not work as expected.
- Manage Google ads at Google Ad Settings.
- Manage Meta ads at Meta ad preferences.
- Manage TikTok ads in the privacy and ads settings of your TikTok account.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, unless the law requires or allows us to keep it longer. For example, we keep information about people who book a call while we are in contact with them and for a reasonable period afterward. We keep client data for as long as we provide services to that client, and then return or delete it according to the client's instructions and our agreement. When we no longer need information, we delete it or make it anonymous.
8. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect personal information, and we limit access to the people and providers who need it to do their work. No website, transmission or storage system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If a security incident affects your information, we will notify you when the law requires it.
9. Your privacy rights
United States residents
Depending on the state where you live, you may have the right to ask us to tell you what personal information we have about you, give you a copy, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for targeted advertising. To make a request, contact us using the details in section 13. We will verify your identity before acting on your request and respond within the time the law requires. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision. We will not treat you differently for using your rights.
California residents
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA), California residents have the right to know what personal information we collect, use and disclose; the right to delete it; the right to correct it; and the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. We do not sell personal information. When advertising pixels are active, the information they send may be considered "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising under California law. You can opt out by contacting us or by using the tools in section 6.
Canadian residents
Under the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), you have the right to access the personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct it, and to withdraw your consent to our use of it, subject to legal or contractual limits. If you withdraw consent, we may not be able to provide some services. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we send commercial electronic messages only to people who have given us consent, as the law requires. Every message identifies us and includes a way to unsubscribe. We honor unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
10. Children's privacy
Our website and services are meant for business owners. They are not directed to children under 13, or under 16 where local law sets that age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have, we will delete it. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us.
11. International data transfers
We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process and store information in the United States or other countries. If you are in Canada or elsewhere outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country. While there, it may be accessible to courts, law enforcement and national security authorities under United States law.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the new version on this page and change the "Last updated" date at the top. If the changes are significant, we will take reasonable steps to let you know, such as a notice on our website or an email to our clients.
